Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 27.02.2025

Welcome to The Sovereign Project. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not proceed with the purchase.

2. Payment

All payments must be made through our designated payment methods. Payments may be subject to third-party payment processor fees.

3. Chargeback Policy

a. Authorisation: By making a purchase, you authorise The Sovereign Project to charge your payment method for the total amount due.

b. Dispute Resolution: Should you have any issues with your purchase, we request that you contact our customer service team at thesovereignproject@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently.

c. Invalid Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with The Sovereign Project may be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions. If a chargeback is filed, The Sovereign Project reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with your payment processor and provide evidence that shows the attempt to resolve the issue was not made.

d. Chargeback Fees: If a chargeback is issued and later found to be invalid or without merit, you agree to reimburse The Sovereign Project for all associated chargeback fees and any costs incurred in resolving the dispute.

4. Refund and Return Policy

There is a strict no refund policy in place as only a service is purchased and not goods, meaning you cannot return an item. Any attempt to ignore this policy by making a fraudulent claim through your bank shall incur additional administration charges and fees by us to deal with the issue.

Note: it is considered fraud to receive a service once purchased and then request a refund after the fact.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sovereign Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the policy of the United Kingdom.

7. Amendments

The Sovereign Project reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Private on-line courses must not be shared or streamed on any social media or an electronic device.
